If you would rather sit behind a desk and get a salary no matter your effort, its not the job for you. Leadership is incredible, operations and sales work well together, everyone has the same goal.

Again - you get what you put in. This is a company and a role for someone who wants a challenge and wants to be compensated for their efforts. Sales isn't easy! Not everyone is ok with the ups and does, the rejection and the amount of work that comes with it.
