- Great individuals within the company - Commission structure is better than most companies - L&D training sessions

Minpunten

- Work environment has deteriorated within the last 12 months - Used to care about people, but is now all about KPIs and focusing on a "doing more culture." - People are leaving almost every week now (Of all levels) - Multiple senior leaders have left or, if let go, had the reasons for it sent out across the company, which shouldn't happen. - Blatant favoritism across various teams - Host events and online webinars about hustle culture, mental well-being, or work-life balance, but don't consider this internally. - Quietly laid off several consultants in the US, but it was only explained why because of rumors that were floating around that the business was failing. - Blatantly lying about retention rate and using it as a vanity metric.

Pluspunten

Werken bij Soda was een droom! Onze initiatieven op het gebied van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen en DE&I zijn uniek in de branche. Ik heb duidelijke contouren gekregen voor loopbaanontwikkeling en ik heb echt het gevoel dat het hele team zich inzet voor ieders succes. Ik ben zo opgewonden over onze enorme groei in het kantoor in Los Angeles en om te blijven samenwerken met de meest opwindende technologiebedrijven aan de westkust.

Minpunten

Het kantoor in LA is klein, maar dit is niet echt een nadeel omdat het zo'n hecht, persoonlijk team is.

Het is geweldig om te horen over de fantastische cultuur en teamgerichte focus die wordt beschreven, want dit is precies wat we hier bij Trust in SODA proberen te bereiken. Terwijl we blijven groeien, hebben we de intentie om ervoor te zorgen dat deze aspecten op hun plaats blijven en worden verbeterd, waardoor Trust in SODA een nog opwindendere plek om te werken wordt.
