Extremeley Micromanaged by 2 teachers, Cell phone and food contract must beg signed, They work you like slaves no breathing time at all, no 15 minute breaks, First let me start off with the healthcare benefits are amazing. Thats it, thats all! A typical day at work is having 2 school teachers breathe, monitor, watch your every move. (If you view yourself as a child and are ok with being very very very micromanaged then apply). Must kettle teachers know when you need to use the bathroom or they will be walking the entire floor looking for you. They really walk up and down the floors watching you work the entire time. There will be contracts you will have to sign before starting, (this is not discussed before taking the job, at the interview or anything) You can not eat or drink at your desk, this must be signed. If you have kids, family etc. you can not have phone calls and your phone MUST be put away. As a parent you need to be able to have your phone and know what's going on at all times. This is a contract that is presented to you, NO CELL PHONE USAGE. (This was never discussed via interview or accepting position if it was I would never took this job). The role of the position is for you to handle EVERY task in the building, I repeat you will handle EVERY task in the building. Your pay will not reflect. You are call center operator, IT specialist, Lawyer, Consultant, Accounting specialist, Underwriter. You are VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY overworked and will be burned out angry exhausted etc. The pay that they will post they will not give you that, They will say the health care benefits equals out to your pay. No one likes to help you at all, you will get attitude disrespect and anger from the workers thats been there for years in the building. No one understands what you are going through if you open up about not getting help, and being overwhelmed you will be talked down to and told it is your fault that you are feeling this way because you are doing everything all wrong. (even though the whole department of 7 workers are saying the complete samething to management) Please, Please stay where you are if you are working somewhere and apply to another company. You will have huge regrets like everyone else that left their jobs for this!

Great PTO and lots of paid holidays. Good benefits even if they keep chipping away at them.

Everything else. CEO started out great but over time has become completely ineffective due to paranoia. Takes things former employees have done out on the staff who remain and work hard everyday. She has to have her hand in everything even if she doesn’t understand it and has become a total control freak and takes zero accountability for her part in the toxic company culture but instead tries to gaslight and guilt everyone else. Upper management is a revolving door. Training is a joke. People who have repeatedly been problems as far as quality work goes get promoted which in turn makes more work for everyone else. Ops manager has clear favorites. Marketing employees are rude. Everyone is overworked and on edge. Benefits are good but every year they take more and more things away sometimes without even telling us. Pay is low for the market as are bonus- there is no transparency in the pay structure or how bonuses are calculated but it seems like they try not to give bonuses. Annual raises are ok but not always consistent with inflation which is hard when they already don’t pay well. They don’t appear to value career development for their staff. They’ve really just created a toxic culture of distrust and unease.
