Pluspunten
If you are looking to learn more about vet med, you will learn SO much here. The majority of the doctors want to teach the employees and help them learn and grow. The internist is phenomenal, but horribly overworked and taken advantage of. The doctors care about saving lives and treating animals. The benefits package is actually really good as well.
Minpunten
Very poor work/life balance. For the amount of work you are doing whether a tech or office position, you are guaranteed to be underpaid. They complain about not being able to hire techs or office staff but they simply won't pay them enough to actually retain employees. A lot of the techs have part-time jobs outside of working full time at the hospital. Management is very poor. Hard to get anything done when the office manager works part time hours and leaves office staff to drown.
