Pluspunten

Working at Turing is so much fun. There are lots of challenging and exciting projects on a daily basis, and everyday you get to learn something new. We have a diverse culture spread across the different countries and also get to enjoy the benefits of a remote job.

-the pay is average, not on the low end of tech -remote work -your peers are incredibly smart

Minpunten

-incredibly toxic work environment -changing goal posts for metrics -being yelled at is the norm and HR does not care -friends of friends and special treatment: many outliers who have ins with VPs or above who do little to no work (one in particular decided they wanted to be an instagram influencer and posted non-stop during work hours) yet their counterparts who did their work for them got laid off -more yelling: at least one weekly meeting where you just turn your mic down and disassociate while team members have a power struggle and waste time -zero upward trajectory in the company
