Leadership cares about the mission and is very transparent with communication. People are nice. Good balance of remote work and company/team/local meetups.
Minpunten
Everything is high priority and there are a lot of deadlines, sometimes handed out with a lot less notice than they should have. Lots of workaholics and hours can be long and stressful. The past year quite a few people and a whole team were let go; majority of it seemed thought through, but some choices were questionable.
