Turtle runs on an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). One factor of this system involves managers meeting with their teams once every week. Employees can speak with their leaders and give updates on their work, express concerns, and ask for support if needed. This helps to maintain a constant flow of communication and ensures that each team is on the same page.
