One of the main advantages is the lack of micromanagement. Employees are given a good amount of autonomy to manage their tasks and responsibilities, which can be a great environment for those who are self-driven and prefer to work independently.

Minpunten

The company operates in an unprofessional manner, with a lack of clear communication and accountability across the board. Unfortunately, diversity and inclusion are severely lacking, as there are very few minority employees, and the opportunities for advancement are nearly nonexistent particularly for those from underrepresented backgrounds.

To address the need for greater diversity and inclusion, we have recently established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. This council is dedicated to identifying and addressing issues related to diversity and inclusion and developing actionable solutions to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees. We take your advice seriously and are committed to enhancing our communication practices and providing more opportunities for professional development. In addition, this year we started to have a more formal approach to Talent Management and Development of our employees.
