People are working harder than ever, not receiving bonuses (for ‘poor’ performance), yet continue to win more and more work? Progression is completely opaque, stopping promotions so they don’t have to pay people more. The chairs in the office don’t work, the free lunch on a Wednesday has been moved to a Friday when less people are around, the general morale of the staff is lower than ever and senior leadership leverage the fact that they have the best clients, to keep people and underpay them. The operations of the company is completely underfunded, they have one person managing staffing per business area of up to c. 250 people. Serious cracks at Two Circles are showing and it’s not surprising people are considering leaving and will continue to do so. This is an environment ruined by private equity targets, where people work incredibly hard and are not rewarded.
