I was let go after being here for less than 7 months. I was constantly reminded of all the growth and opportunity for me within the company by leadership, was working on several client accounts and had a company-wide presentation as well as a client-facing workshop in progress. This came as a shock to me, the team, the office, and even my direct manager who was not informed until after it happened. I was not the first nor will I be the last person to be let go from Two Circles in 2026. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. It does not matter how overworked you are, they will just take your work and dump it on two overworked junior employees instead just to save a buck.
