The culture of positivity is amazing. The group chats are full of people being encouraging and uplifting. The WORK/LIFE BALANCE IS AMAZING! The ability to set my own paycheck through the commission structure is phenomenal! No matter if you work remotely or work in the office everyone in the company has a smile on their face and a helping hand. This is a Multi-Million Dollar company that is run like a small business and it makes all the difference.
