I started as a new consultant at TwoScots with no prior experience. The commission structure is one of the best in the industry. No deficit model, no discretionary decisions, it’s all in black and white. Extra benefits include flexible hours between 8am-6pm, with standard 40 hour weeks - you are not expected to work longer than this. Awesome days out - Australian Open, Melbourne Cup, winery trips and all inclusive trips interstate - Sydney on a chartered yacht for example! You also get your birthday off and free coffee and fruit in the office.
