They Schedule you where you don’t even know if you’re going to have work until the morning of. They are supposed to give you the schedule every Sunday. However most of the time you will see posted on their webpage a message from The Manager saying,” Sorry, couldn’t get to making the schedule just check your dashboard to see if you’re working tomorrow.” (They assign you properties on your dashboard to do.) I asked when I started. They said that you should receive your assignments around 7 o’clock the day before you’re scheduled to work. However recently found out that is not true. Sometimes they don’t assign you anything until the morning of. So, you literally have no clue if you have work the next day and how much work you do have. They can give you the schedule for the week. However that does not guarantee that you will receive work on the days you’re scheduled for. You are on call with no pay. Sometimes it even is displayed on the schedule that you are O/C (on call.)This is set up in such a way where you cannot schedule anything around your work. Nether the less know if you even have work. 1. High standards low pay it’s advertised anywhere from $25-$35 per hour which is normal for house cleaning. It equals out to more like $10 an hour (if you’re lucky). Not to mention the wear and tear on your vehicle and having to purchase and bring your own vacuum cleaner. 2. They told me, I was cleaning too much and said to do less of a good job and to wait until I was assigned to do a deep clean to do such detailed work. However when I cut back then they would call me back for something which would’ve been considered a deep clean. I would have a property assigned to me that obviously hadn’t been properly cleaned or dusted from the last house keeper. There were many things they had missed. However I would have to clean everything because they hadn’t. If I missed anything I will most certainly be called back to do it. 3. They lie and say to you if you work faster than you’ll make more money. Doesn’t matter; if it takes three minutes or three hours to clean a place If you clean the whole place you should be paid accordingly. $35 to clean a house is highway robbery. 4. Doing deep cleans but not getting paid to do a deep clean. They will call you back and say that you missed something and give you a whole list of things they want you to fix. You’ll Go back and fix all the things that they said to do. Then they will send you back again with another list that’s completely different from the first with things to do that are not mentioned with the previous callback. You do them. And then they send you back again with a itemized list of completely different tasks that they say that you missed. Even though you’ve been in the house three times and they’ve given you three entirely different list of things They want you to do. What They’re doing is making you do a deep clean without paying you to do a deep clean. I once spent four days cleaning the same house. Hands and knees Magic erasers the works. Made less than three dollars per hour on that property once they finally decided to stop sending me back to do more. 5. I know how to clean houses. I’ve cleaned houses before. I have satisfied clients. I know how long it takes to clean a house. I just thought it would be nice to work for a company, so I didn’t have to worry about the communication side and scheduling with clients. I ignored the terrible internal reviews thinking it must’ve been from employees who had poor work ethic; or complaining because they were held accountable and were treated accordingly. That is not the case. I can reassure you the negative reviews of this company are legit. If you don’t believe me you can come here and find out for yourself. lol 6. They have favoritism; people that they let get away with not doing their job and then other people that they make do double the work because the other person didn’t do their job. 7. There are properties that are beautiful and also properties that are an embarrassment and should not even be legal to rent out for reasons such as mold and mildew never less furniture and things being broken. 8. Some houses they require you to clean up clean barbecue grill, (extensive work), sweep outdoor porch or patio, clean out their laundry room or out house located outside. But they do not pay you anything extra. They only pay you according to how many bedrooms the house has. Also some bedrooms have multiple beds in them such as double bunkbeds but they only pay for one room even though there are four beds. Once again nothing that would be a problem if they paid you accordingly. However they did not pay you for how much labor you put in.
