You have unlimited holiday but that is only a facade because in reality people are so over worked they don't use it. Most of the people are burnt out and there is pressure to grow, the business has financial difficulties and treating people poorly when dealing with dismissals. They throw you out the door without blinking and without a fair process. There is no fair process when it comes to promotions at all. You only succeed if you agree with the founders. If you dare challenge the status quo, you are out. This is why people do not challenge anymore and have become afraid to express their opinion. This staled their growth and allowed incompetence. They have people in high ranks that are not properly prepared for the job. Even though they are global, their cultural awareness is a joke. This has been the worst job I had to date.
