Nice Company to kick start your career, Challenging tasks at all times but feels stressful. Benefits and compensation wise good. Colleagues are helpful.

Minpunten

As usual like most of the companies, they only care about clients. You might be staying late night till next morning, it might get repeated until you complete your work but once you complete your work successfully, you will be recognized for your work. Since it is a small company obviously there will be minimal work life balance. 75% work 20 % life. Feels stressful at times.
