      Pluspunten

      1. Start-Up company and normally in start-up you will get many things to learn. (If you will only concentrate on work) 2. Some manager this company have a high vision and they are truly a leader in nature . (Fortunately my manager was the best) 3. For fresher its a good choice in odisha to start with. For experienced guys also its fine but depends on technology and interest. 4. This company starts with a boom and in its initial days it shows a rapid growth.

      1. Company should increase its package for fresher. 2. Try to retain.

      Pluspunten

      Fixed salary, No need to worry about Variable/performance pay. Only few Managers are flexible and work life balance when we work under them.

      Minpunten

      90% of them are maintenance project and using very old technologies like .net 1. and 2.0. No technical growth, As we won't get projects on new technologies. No work life balance. Minimum 9 hours of work is required and Work from home. Less job security as there are only few projects in .net(may be 3-4), If no project they will try for outsourcing. Few Managers are bad and just do politics. HR are useless, They are just listen to manager, if Manager is not happy they will fire immediately.

      Nothing good about it,no good clients and too much of work pressure

      No hike,no proper managment,no job security
