Not many. The only thing I enjoyed was working with the people there.

Minpunten

The company itself it's appalling. They do not care about there staff. I worked for ubu for 4 years and only stayed for the fact I had built good relationships with the clients there. Rate of pay is absolutely shocking, you could work 12 hour shifts without a break. Clients are paying almost £20 an hour to ubu for there staff but staff only see a minimum wage out of it. If you work for thus company your life would revolve around working, 6 months notice for any holidays, different days and silly shifts every week. You only get 1 weekend of a month. The amount of staff that start and leave with a short space of time and the amount of agency is enough to say the least.

Dear Reviewer, thank you for your support over the four years you worked for ubu, it's a shame you have so many negative comments. Unfortunately, the pay rate is not dictated by ubu, it can indeed be long hours due to the nature of the work but our staff are given breaks in line with regulations, shift patterns are agreed in advance to ensure a work / life balance and due to staffing levels across the industry and with Covid, agency staff are crucial to cover emergencies. I can assure you and any readers of your review that issues relating to all your points made are a common factor in health and social care, all of which we try to overcome regularly
