I only worked there for 2 months and then I was fired because I "didn't get." From what some of the employees with longer tenure told me, that is the fate of a lot of recruiters and "just the industry norm." It was very disheartening and a little upsetting that none of this was brought up during my interview process (I did ask about turnover) and the fact that (from what I was told) over 15 others were let go the year before!
