Deputy Directors will give negative feedback about you to Directors and DDGs , who will eventually sack you by unlawfully putting you on PIP. They use abusive language on the floor as their salaries are lower than high ranked private officials. In short, join UIDAI only if you are jobless as incompetent government officials will ruin your career by sacking you.
