The people. Lovely, caring unique people who work hard and become forever friends. Seriously you will meet some wonderful people here. The office is obviously a nice place to work with a big lounge area and a gym where there's yoga classes. The training is such a bonus for people who want to develop their skills, and its good the recruitment team don't just look at exam results. You don't have to have had all the best grades at school or university, or even have done uni. It's your personality that counts and if you want to achieve, you can. I learnt a lot, working here. You get your birthday off as well as pizza after sports events like the 10k.

CEO. He likes to do the whole "look at our benefits" thing when replying to these reviews but its not selfless. They're a distraction from his behaviour. If you don’t believe me, go for a job where you have to work with him and get to know him. He might make you think he’s sincere at first but wait until he loses his temper or is really disrespectful towards someone (there is one person in particular he is horrible to, ask anyone who works/used t0 work there) The benefits are obviously perks and people appreciate them but they're a marketing investment. Nothing more. “What’s that? Your friend got fired without warning because he ‘wasn’t the right fit’ and wasn’t allowed to come and say goodbye – never mind, why not work it off in the gym or remember you can have maternity pay that's above the very minimum. This is a company that has used nearly naked women to sell stuff and dressed attracteive female employees up in hot pants for IT exhibitions. I'm sure he will say "You clearly weren't "the right fit" or "it's such a shame you feel the need to say such negative things… bla bla bla" like he seems to do with every critical review. Whats actually a shame is that he doesn't act on people's advice. Sell the company. Get some people with business knowledge in. Treat the amazing people who work for you like adults. They are the only reason this company is successful, especially your IT people who you don't pay enough. These big shots you pay loads do almost nothing compared to your tech people. 9-6 is draining. People will work overtime when they need to get a job done because they're dedicated. You need to be more flexible - that's what people want.
