Salary higher than the average. Work-life balance respected. Nice leadership. Great and talented colleagues. It’s more about the cult of architecture rather than the architect.

Minpunten

Sometimes leadership is “too democratic”. Design leadership needs to be “refreshed” a bit. But nothing too difficult to deal with

Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
