Loved all of my co workers and management (except for 1 person) None of the management was on the same page for claims handling which made it challenging to properly do the job.
Minpunten
The management was never on the same page regarding claims handling. The job itself was awful as we were dealing with irate customers 5-15 times a day. If it wasn’t so phone heavy I would’ve stayed.
