Lack of Support: Not providing guidance, mentorship, or resources. Unprofessional Behavior: Disrespectful tone, dismissive attitude, or inappropriate conduct. No Recognition: Failing to acknowledge hard work or achievements. Blocking Growth: Not encouraging career development or advancement
