Minpunten
Discrimination if you are not Polish or do not speak it fluently. Certain training was only offered in Polish. Harassment/intimidation daily, Extremely toxic management (team lead) who micromanaged everything. The matter was raised to HQ in Finland, who deflected and denied any wrongdoing. Colleagues who on the surface seemed friendly and sincere were in reality largely backstabbers who reported back to management like KGB spies. I was left broken and jobless as HR also illegally turned the work conditions against me. The letter of intent clearly stated "indefinite contract after successful completion of first 3 months". That turned into a 6-month contract. When I went on long-term sick leave, the 2nd contact was never renewed, which violates EU law as you cannot fire someone on sick leave. Truly the worst work environment I have ever worked in.
