The people in the Air Force are incredible. They are laid-back, focused, hard-working, but balanced, a rare combination in industry.

Minpunten

Their version of "engineering" is very different from that of industry. Governmental "engineering" is much closer to program management, as the focus is on managing engineering contractors and their progress, rather than being the one to create designs yourself.

Highly regulated - if there is a regulation/directive for something, that means something bad happened to cause a new mandate
