Executive leadership is constantly changing, therefore you never really know what the enterprise goals are since they change with each new leader at the helm Some managers tend to micro manage if teams are working remotely, no trust in their workers getting their jobs done Process and procedures constantly changing so workers have no idea how to be successful in their roles since they are told there are failures in following processes High turnover in all departments, probably due to the "cons" listed above Very little communication from leadership which is unfortunate given the amount of change happening across all groups
