      El ambiente laboral era muy colaborativo y los compañeros estaban dispuestos a ayudar. Aprendí muchísimo en poco tiempo, especialmente sobre nuevas tecnologías. Además, tenían horarios flexibles que me ayudaron a compaginar las prácticas con mis estudios.

      Minpunten

      La carga de trabajo a veces podía ser alta, y me hubiera gustado que el equipo de prácticas tuviera una estructura más organizada. Además, la comunicación entre departamentos podría mejorar.

      I had a great onboarding experience.The process was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish. Vidhya Pandita was especially helpful throughout the process. She stayed in communication, answered questions quickly, and made sure I understood each step of onboarding. Her professionalism and responsiveness made the transition into my new role much easier. Overall, the team has been supportive and efficient, and I appreciate the positive experience I’ve had working with US Tech Solutions. I would definitely recommend them to other professionals looking for opportunities.
