Management does a very good job of nurturing this culture and making, it a place where people are secure in their jobs when they produce good work. It is not uncommon for people to bring their pet to work, and the dress code is very relaxed.

A small workforce has meant that each person is often responsible for a wide variety of tasks. In some ways, this has helped to diversify the skill set of all employees, and the continued growth has made this much less of an ongoing concern. Things can get very busy in the Fall and Spring, but employees are exceptional at helping each other when things get hectic.
