USCC possesses such a uniqe culture that foster open communication and respect for associates. I have worked in many different fortune 500-1000 companies in my 12 year career and USCC ranks at the very top of that experience. IMO: The downside is the sector that USCC competes in. The wireles industry is so competitive that it becomes increasingly difficult to differentiate yourself against other wireless carriers. At the moment, USCC is the 6th largest wireless company (subscriber base) and categorized as a super-regional carrier. Although nation-wide in coverage, we have brick and mortar in only 26 states. Brand recognition is very strong in certain parts of country but yet weak in others.
