I am limited to what I can say on this website, but I want everyone to be aware of some of my experiences. The first incident was receiving corrective action, for making an honest mistake a month after starting employment. On 8/20/2020, I added an item on the wrong account, but the issue was fixed, and the customer was notified. This was my first warning, but it still resulted in a written warning. After this incident, I seen other employees commit workplace violations, but no written notices were given. The representative made the commit: " I am thankful I did not receive a write up". Being Educated, Black, and the oldest in the store. I know it was discrimination. I have been going to therapy to discuss ways of dealing with everything. After a year of therapy, I made the decision to submit my resignation. I had enough of the retaliation.
