ATT wireless workers got a bonus and pay raise thanks to their CWA Union after the 2017 tax cut. US cellular workers got a pay cut with the comp change and they lowered the starting wages during the same time frame. That should tell you everything you need to know.

-Manipulative management. -Customers were routinely lied to -Chronically and intentionally short staffed. -Bad scheduling -Difficult to get time off -High turnover at that location -Sales jobs are inherently gross
