There are truly some genuine employees within the organization. Those employees live the Dynamic Organization to the extent of prominence.
Minpunten
There is no senior leadership accountability. Very poor leadership in human resources, sales and customer service. Political policies and vice practices may cause the organization to struggle from a hiring, promotion and firing standpoint. Poor leadership and practices within the diversity of the organization and not "truly" living the values that the company preaches have had a negative and adverse impact on employees within the organization.
