- Store locations like to sell out customers and have poor communication on how contracts works for customers, which leads to more unnecessary calls - Substandard spanish contract info for customers who don't speak english, which makes for more upset callers - Repetitive calls involving poorly educated customer on billing - Sitting down all day (standing desk advised for long work periods)
