Pluspunten
- The co-workers. They made the job fun. -Hourly rate
Minpunten
- Long Days. If you worked the opening shift you were scheduled in at 9:30 and off around 5. However, if the store was busy and you were in the middle of an upgrade you had to stay until it was done. - You can't close the register until closing time on the dot. Meaning, that if someone walked in 5 minutes before closing and wanted to do an upgrade for 2 phone lines, you were expected to stay and do them. Never mind they didn't have their phones backed up and that process was 1-2 hours on its own sometimes. - Sales goals. If you worked in a high-traffic store, numbers came easily, but in a low-traffic store or one that was placed in an area of town that brought in lower-income families, accessory goals were very hard to meet for some months. -The bonus structure changed a few times. Raised the hourly and then changed how much you could get in commission( it did not break even like they said it did) - The cold calling. Do you know how many random people you have to call to offer them upgrades or a new line and they'd just hang up on you or block you. WASTE OF TIME.
