I've really enjoyed my time here, and there's a lot to love about this company. The leadership team stands out for their transparency - they keep everyone updated on company direction and follow through on their commitments. This brings a sense that you're part of the company rather than just working there. The office environment is really nice with an open floor plan and beautiful design. I like that you can walk up to anyone, regardless of their role, and they're genuinely happy to help. The team here is fantastic - everyone is driven and talented, but also collaborative and approachable. It's a great mix of professionalism and friendly atmosphere. The company has invested in making this a place where people want to work. The on-site gym is a huge plus, and the well-stocked kitchen with good coffee and healthy snacks shows they care about the little things that make a difference. The location is ideal, and all these elements come together to create an environment where you can do your best work while enjoying your day. A cool touch is that their amazing new office overlooks the Dix30 and you can also see where the old office was. To me, this serves as a constant visual reminder of just how far the company has come and how much it has achieved. It's inspiring and motivating to reflect on that growth.

The company has gone through some restructurings, which is understandable given how quickly it has grown. While the changes have brought some stress, they've also opened up new opportunities for employees to step up and grow their careers. Overall the restructurings make sense to align the organization with the current scale and the management was always really transparent which made it better.

You'll never be bored at Ubiweb lol. Great company culture where the leadership is human and actually cares. Spent 4 yrs at Ubiweb and I've grown an insane amount. Came in with an entry level job, and left with management experience having almost tripled my worth on the job market. A lot of this is thanks to the leadership team giving me the space to do my thing
