Technology is great for today. Benefits are very generous. Unlimited 401k match so if you max out, that’s an extra $10k for you.

Minpunten

Technology is vulnerable to gen AI because they fit in like a glue between systems - it doesn’t DO anything. Leadership is immature and malicious. Churn is very high- look at the averages provided on LinkedIn. Average tenure in sales is 2 years. Exactly right for Rob Enslin. Hard to build something great at scale when people suck and the good ones leave.

C-Suite is a mix of the usual leaders and nightmares, no work life balance, no opportunity for growth. Culture is cliquey and well known abusive behavior is overlooked. Quite toxic.
