      UiPath has recently undergone substantial layoffs, with over 400 affected, there are indications that more will follow. They are focusing on retaining its staff in Romania, which is leading to a perception of regional favoritism. This has raised concerns about how employees in other parts of the world are valued and treated. I hope they can address these issues to ensure a fair and supportive work environment for all its people globally. This is likely going to result in legal issues of discrimination and bias

      The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
