      Pay was pretty ok, there are some decent people working there

      Minpunten

      So unbelievably corporate, and the private acquisition I don't think helped. Looks and feels grey. HR don't help. Senior management feel like they're businessmen rather than engineers, and that's never good for an engineering company.

      Benefit package is great, the employees on the production floor are awesome. Weekends off for most.

      Minpunten

      Two acquisitions have changed management way over the threshold of what teams can handle. Absolutely everything is done on paper and Excel, very little real time data. Rude leadership without answers to everyday issues makes success very hard to attain. Especially when the target is constantly moving.
