Most people i met in engineering were sound people.

Senior management is extremely bloated, constant promise of change but little positive did.
Gives real office space vibes. Grey.
Bureaucracy.
Old archaic systems.
Often business decisions seem to be for the short term.

Benefit package is great, the employees on the production floor are awesome. Weekends off for most.

Two acquisitions have changed management way over the threshold of what teams can handle. Absolutely everything is done on paper and Excel, very little real time data. Rude leadership without answers to everyday issues makes success very hard to attain. Especially when the target is constantly moving.
