It's a truely Good Organization for Women employee to learn and lead the challenges and prove it. It's my Mother plant and I love it emotionally connected more. Smt Rajashree Birlaji ma'am and Dr Pragya Ram Ma'am support women a lot.

Minpunten

Due to plant level top Management ego women employee suffer a lot and finally leave the job. Bez no one listen support stand with women employee. All Office Politics & selfish level leader at Plant level top Management.
