they have many different departments.

Minpunten

they have people working the slowest machine and a person running up to 6 fast machines.. both people get paid the same, because they dont see the value in hard working individuals. unless you make friends with the boss

I have worked at Ultrafab for 10 years. I started as the receptionist, but because of my desire to learn and grown and Ultrafab's supportive management, they helped guide me into the position I am in today. I am so thankful to work for a company that encourages self starters and support them to new levels.
