Always thinking outside the box If you are willing to be a part of the various "clique's" you will advance..join them even if you still do your job to the highest. HR needs some work...in all areas. You speak up or stick up for yourself...YOU DIE!

A LOT of backstabbing. Most employees are severely underpaid (realized that after I left and see how much more I make now) unless you are a "favorite" or former athlete! Management team needs a lot of work on managing and how you treat people. There is no lbalance between work and family unless you are one of the chiefs Guaranteed bonus?...think twice!
