Poor IT leadership is causing mass exodus - werkgeversreview IT Employee bij Under Armour

Unfortunately the IT department has had a complete leadership turnover in the last 18 months which is causing waves and waves of highly skilled (and severely underpaid) employees to leave. Dedicated employees who have been there for 10+ years are leaving because of the poor leadership. Morale is at an all time low and people cannot leave quick enough. As an employee who has been there many years this is very disheartening. What once was a family is now a dog eat dog, every man for himself department, where employees keep their heads down and are terrified of speaking up for fear of losing their job before they can quit. They would rather hire two rookies @ $50k each than one experienced employee at $100k. This is going to catch up to the company very quickly.
