Thank you for your feedback. We are saddened to read that the job and company hasn’t lived up to your expectations and that you feel there is a toxic culture across the tech teams. We have had a few new joiners in the tech teams recently and this is the first time we are receiving this kind of feedback. Politics and toxicity have no place here at UnderwriteMe so if you are experiencing this then please speak to the People Team for us to address this. We are happy to have a confidential conversation to understand which senior managers are failing in their roles and where we need to take action. We are currently bringing in new and diverse talent as well as new technologies to help achieve our strategic objectives. This does take time but if you are not seeing progress please do let us know where you think we can make changes faster.
