However, every decision, no matter how tough, is made for the collective good of everyone at UnderwriteMe and to help achieve our goals. While we take on your feedback there are false and inaccurate details in your account that need to be clarified. UnderwriteMe has a clear path to profitability, significant investment and is in a healthy financial position. Our future is bright and our recent customer wins and ongoing recruitment drive is testament to that. As part of our business transformation, we have restructured some teams to ensure we are futureproof, high performing and continue to thrive. Any staff who have left the business is because they have not been right for the role, the company and the direction we are heading unfortunately, not for any necessary cost savings. As with any business, we will only invest in the right people in the right roles for our business going forward. Ways in which we care and invest in our people is demonstrated by the influx of new talent coming on board, our low attrition and expensive socials, as you point out. It is a shame you feel like we treat people like resources given how supported you would've been during your time here.
