Minpunten

Nou, maak je klaar: 1. Het is nogal flut 2. Niet genoeg vakantie 3. Te veel huiswerk 4. veeeeeeeeeeeel te lang v-blok 5. Gestoorde die praten over -hub 6. Duits is flut. 7. Rellen in de klas. 8. Projecten zijn flut 9. Kerstmuziek een maand te vroeg -oef. 10. Kinderen worden ontvoerd in witte busjes. 11. Iedereen zegt unic in plaats van joenic. 12. poepiedoepi 13. Het is gewoon echt vervelend. 14. Je kan onvoldoendes halen. 15. Elke docent stinkt naar koffie. 16. We hebben stewards. 17. We hebben geen chocoladewafels en een "gezonde kantine" 18. Geen tostis. 19. Geen friet. 20. Als je tot hier hebt gelezen, dan is het wel duidelijk dat dit een flutdoepieschool is. *applaus, applaus. 21. Voor uw eigen veiligheid, ga hier niet heen!

- Great work life balance; - Teamwork culture; - regular team gatherings; - good MD; - nice benefits and opportunities to grow.

Minpunten

- some projects use very old technologies and are boring; - most of the team leaders never had this position outside of the company and don't really know what they're doing; - the FE team leader doesn't act professional, he makes decisions based on his own preferences and doesn't listen to the team. He promotes his favourites, the rest of the team has a hard time with career opportunities in the team; - some Senior developers who got their position through close association with the Team Leader, are very insecure and tend to backstab the Mid developers if they have potential to overgrow them.
