Good practice ground for pitch efforts as well, a company with zero actual sure can up their pitch count to 180 plus a year with less than 5% winning rate...and still doesn't learn. ( It sure up your EQ to the next level managing a "confidence" leadership team with a level of ego you are not sure how they develop them over 2 years of masses "success" ) A leadership team you can trust to not make decision and be accountable when they do make any. Instead they override other departments direction instead of fixing their own team's short coming. Last but not least, I've learn that a search and paste on pinterest is what client values from an agency ... not for strategic insight, or actual addressing the brief or efficient management services.....
