There were no pros at all

Totally toxic environment, they are operated by United Learning who are equally venomous. I can only describe the school as the worst place I have ever worked, there is absolutely no trust. No induction, no support, just threatening behaviour from day one! Their culture and values are totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend a job at the school, even if it was the last job on planet Earth, it really is that bad.
