Your just a number.the lowest they can pay you they will, no loyalty to the employee. Their hierarchy is the salesman and cooperate everyone else is a casualty and easily replaceable

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
