Chargebacks on unpaid customer bills - can't do much about this. Commission is also dependent upon the service that is provided. As sales, you can only do so much. Take care of your service team.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
